The days long event was concluded with new friendships, enhancement of academic skills, and, of course, the top three best policy proposals for a greener and more sustainable city! Just as their name suggests, Transvelop's proposal will surely transform and develop this city's tourism in a sustainable direction where the streets are not filled with beer cans and cigarette butts during the day and cat-calling drunken tourists at night. Bringing home the second-place award, Mert Gürer and Mikolaj Robaczyński definitely did a great job representing 020. Aiming to Transform tourism in Amsterdam to be more sustainable through future decentralisation, satisfying the needs of both visitors and residents, their vision for Amsterdam is long-term, all-inclusive, and innovative. As spontaneous as the team name sounds, Ella Otterbeck, Márton Réti, Anna Žižková's policy proposal is not at all spontaneous. On the contrary, their ambitious plan to build sustainable tourism in Amsterdam is nothing but elaborate, comprehensive, and ground-breaking innovative! Last but not least, we would like to give a big heartfelt 'thank you' to all the volunteers, the APP committee, and the EUH board!
